Liberating Truth #1: “My success and fulfillment in life is not determined by a corporate job.”

For a long time, I bought into the belief that a corporate job was the only path to success. Every rejection letter felt like a personal failure. But in 2012, something in me broke—in the best way. I decided to rewrite the narrative. I was 8 months pregnant when I launched my business, and I’ve never looked back.

Even now, when the Fear of Missing Out tries to sneak back in, I remind myself of this truth. Success doesn’t have to look like a corner office or a LinkedIn promotion. It might look like building something from scratch, impacting people in your own unique way, and doing work that actually brings you joy.

You’re worth more than the corporate ladder. Stay open. God may be calling you to something even greater.

Liberating Truth #2: “As unique as my fingerprint, so are the ideas, businesses, content, and work I create.”

You know that little voice that says, “Everyone’s already doing it—what’s the point?” Yeah, I used to hear that voice loud and clear. But this truth silenced it.

When I heard Michael Hyatt share this liberating truth, it felt like freedom. I started speaking it over myself regularly. It helped me push past comparison and create from a place of confidence.

That concept changed everything for me.
Your customer doesn’t need you to perform a miracle.
They need a solution.

A job done.

Think about it: When you grab a Chick-fil-A sandwich, it’s not about the chicken—it’s about satisfying your hunger. Your business works the same way.
